Do we travel with the group the whole time?

Nope! You meet at a shared breakfast spot, cross paths at key activities and meals, but you also have free time to roam, relax or run off together. It’s structured enough to feel like you belong, but flexible enough to feel like your own trip.

Is anything pre-booked?

Accepted Answer

No bookings needed! The places we include are all ‘rock-up friendly’ so you can go at your own pace. We’ll give you suggested budgets, opening hours, and backup spots in case plans shift or someone sleeps in (it happens). You'll also be able to book your own flights & accomodation which means you can adjust the trip to use your budget but also allows you to spend a few extra days in each location if you so wish.

Do we get to meet the other couples beforehand?

Yes! You’ll be added to a private group chat for your journey, and you’ll receive a digital welcome pack with an optional pre-trip Zoom call to say hi before the adventure begins.

What’s included in the experience?

Each journey includes a beautifully designed itinerary, a Wanderlog map, our local tips and packing guide, Couple & Co Digital Challenge Cards, and access to your trip’s group chat. Check the individual trip page for details.

Question 5

Do we need to book flights and accommodation separately?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We’ll provide recommendations for where to stay nearby, but we don’t handle bookings. That said, if you’re feeling overwhelmed, just reach out and we’ll point you in the right direction.

Question 6

How do we get around once we’re there?

Each destination includes local transport tips (like walking, ferries, hire cars or tuk-tuks). We’ll tell you what’s easiest, cheapest, or most fun... and what footwear to pack accordingly.

Will there be someone leading the group?

Accepted Answer

There’s no in-person guide... but you’ll hear from us (Jasmine & Andrew) through welcome videos, voice notes, and tips shared in your welcome pack. We’re like your virtual hosts: always close, never hovering.

What if we’re introverted or not super social?

That’s okay! There’s no pressure to be anyone but yourselves. You’ll have time to connect naturally throughout the trip... whether it’s a deep chat over dinner or a shared moment at a lookout.

What if something goes wrong during the trip?

We’ll give you a support contact for each location and a local emergency number, just in case. We’re also always available in your trip chat. And remember—some of the best travel stories come from detours.

How do we book a journey?

Can we cancel or reschedule?

Because we don’t pre-book activities or accommodation, we offer flexible cancellation for most journeys (usually up to 30 days before).

Do we need travel insurance?

Yes—always. We don’t cover cancellations, illness, accidents or lost luggage, so please get insurance that suits your adventure.

Do you offer refunds if our plans change?

We totally understand that life happens — but due to the nature of our offerings, we do not offer refunds once a booking has been made.

Here’s why:
 As soon as you book, you receive immediate access to your full Couple & Co digital itinerary, which includes everything — the curated day-by-day plan, local tips, restaurant picks, packing lists, challenge cards, and our custom map. This means you now own the entire experience and can technically use it at any time in the future, even if you can’t join during the original dates.

In order to keep our trips intimate and affordable for everyone (without charging inflated prices like many big group tour operators), we’re unable to absorb cancellations once materials have been delivered.

That said, we encourage you to still use the itinerary as a self-guided couples trip later on — everything is yours to keep and enjoy at your own pace, whenever it suits you.
